Shipping and returns
Where we ship
We deliver throughout mainland Spain and Portugal. Shipping is free on orders from €50; below that, the cost is shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Coffee and merchandise ship from our own stock and are normally delivered within 24-72 working hours. Barista equipment is supplied to order, with an estimated lead time of 3 to 5 working days. The applicable time is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Collection in store
If you prefer, you can collect your order free of charge at our coffee shops. We will email you when it is ready.
Right to return
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return equipment and merchandise, without giving a reason. Coffee can be returned if the original seal is intact: coffee ground to order or already opened cannot be returned. Take-away orders and tickets for events on a set date are not subject to withdrawal.
How to return an item
Write to shop@emkacoffee.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm the next steps by email. The return address is Emka Coffee Group S.L., calle Rosario Pino 8, 28020 Madrid, Spain.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If the mistake is ours — wrong item, faulty, or damaged in transit — we cover the full cost of the return and the replacement. If you are returning it by choice, return shipping is at your expense and you can pick any carrier; we recommend one with tracking.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the item and check its condition, we refund to the same payment method you used. If the return is complete and within the withdrawal period, the original shipping costs are refunded too. If the item shows use beyond what was needed to inspect it, we may deduct the resulting loss in value.
Faulty item or wrong order
Write to shop@emkacoffee.com as soon as you notice, attaching photos. We arrange collection and either replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you. Equipment and merchandise carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity.
